Our Story

Here, reputation comes first. Ours and yours.

Some say social media is fleeting. Not our way. Our way is credible, consistent, and built around the big picture — your passion, your goals, your ideal clients — working toward a reputation, connections, and results that last.

Founder  ·  Author, The Quiet Authority

Tracy Gibb. The Architect.

I am the driving force behind The Marketing Shop. Through carefully crafted packages, my team and I help you make real, meaningful, valuable connections with your ideal clients. Since 2010, we’ve been a behind-the-scenes marketing team for many different companies — and through The Marketing Shop, we bring our expertise to select small businesses and ensure they see results.

Why?

When I was in college, I took a class about starting a business. The professor made an impression: most businesses fail within a few years — not because they don’t have a good idea, but because they don’t know how to market. I knew immediately that’s what I wanted to do.

Deep Roots

The way I run my business is in my heritage. Growing up, my mother always told my friends — “When you’re with us, your last name is Gibb.” She meant they were part of the family. At The Marketing Shop, I say the same thing. You are part of the family. I care about your business like it’s my own.

Chief Operating Officer

Priscilla Hoover. The Strategist.

I’ve learned that founders are usually geniuses at what they do — the vision, the instinct, the thing that makes their business work in the first place. What they don’t always have is someone to organize that genius into something real. That’s where I come in.

Closing

Something I can’t help but notice: most businesses are leaving money on the table somewhere, and usually the owner already senses it but hasn’t had the time to chase it down. That’s the part I actually enjoy — finding it.

Retention

I’m just as sharp on what happens after the sale: keeping the clients we already have, and catching a problem before it becomes one.

Lead Generation

And I have a steady stream of lead-generation ideas most people miss entirely — the kind of thinking that keeps a pipeline full without it ever feeling forced.

Let’s chat

No matter where you are in your business, I’d love to talk with you and help you find the next step. A conversation with me comes with no pressure — you’ll leave with direction, whether or not you become a client.
